What is online coaching?
Online coaching is the most flexible and cost-effective way to reach your fitness goals. If you want to work out where and when it’s convenient for you – instead of relying on someone else’s location and availability – at the fraction of the cost of in-person fitness training, online coaching could be for you. You can get fit even if your schedule is crazy and your budget is tight.
Every coach runs their online programs a bit differently, but every one of us is providing our clients with fitness and nutrition guidance, detailed workout plans tailored to your specific goals, ongoing support, and a virtual kick in the ass.
It can be as simple as e-mail-based coaching, or as in-depth as Skype coaching sessions coupled with a specialized app you use to access workouts, track progress, and report to your coach. It is all customised to your specific needs and desires.
Your coach will first ask you to complete a comprehensive consultation questionnaire. Covering important factors such as current and previous lifestyle and eating habits, dietary requirements, medical/injury history and level of gym experience. This initial consultation helps us to gather all the information we require to truly bespoke your programme.
Based on our findings, you will then receive your personalised nutrition plan. This will include specific meal plans, numerous recipes with exact calorie and macro nutrients, and supplementation recommendations to maximise results.
To summarise, online coaching with us will give you a fully customised training, nutrition & supplement plan tailored to your specific goals, time frame & lifestyle whilst giving you continual support and adjustments when needed.

Unlike most coaches we don’t just handpick our clients based on the progress they can make so we can boast and post pictures on instagram so we look like the best coach out their, we work with anyone that needs help and take on the more challenging client which most wouldn’t dare coach since they aren’t willing to put in the time and effort and just do this for money, whereas we do this to help you!
Whether you’re a complete exercise novice, or an avid gym goer looking to take things to the next level,we will guide you every step of the way as you work towards your ultimate goal.
Don’t panic, once your plans are in place you are not left on your own, your coach is on hand for you 24/7 via email and whatsapp message to answer any questions you might have and to be used to educate you, so if you want to know something then just ask! Unlike 99% of other coaches we are here for your every need, most wont talk to you about general life etc and don’t want to be a “life coach” however we understand that getting the results which we do requires as much mental support as it does the physical.
Each week you will have a check in day with your coach, on this specific day you will discuss how the week has been for you both physically and mentally both inside and outside of the gym, this can be via email, message, phone or video call depending on the clients circumstances as some things can be difficult to explain in written form. Based on the feedback you have given your coach from your week we will then devise your plan for the following week, making any necessary adjustments to ensure you continue to progress and get yourself one step closer to your goal. We want the best results possible for you and we will give you the support you need to ensure we attain that.
Although we speciailise in competition preperation for bodybuilders, bikini competitors etc that does not mean we don’t work with non competitors. The process is the same just less drastic and more flexible to make it a lifestyle change whilst making the process easier to maintain.
Transmogrify is a term I once heard which clearly defines what we do at Iron Avengers Fitness. By definition transmogrify is to drastically change or transform and that is exactly what we do with our clients, we drastically change your physiques appearance, health and life.
Transmogrify clients are anyone who wants to dramatically change their appearance by adding muscle, losing body fat, or doing both at the same time. If you have been told that both of these things can’t be done at the same time, you have been lied to. This doesn’t mean you have to already be in shape or want to get to a competitive level. Transmogrify is to drastically change your physique whether this is taking you from severely obese to a healthy condition or drastically adding muscle size or improving condition.

Whilst our 12 week online package is certainly our most popular, you can choose from as little as a one month commitment to get you started or just have a tailored training, nutrition & supplement plan for you if you can follow plans yourself without the on-going support and accountability of a coach.
